The device was created for companies and institutions that have car fleets.

It can be used as a stand-alone device or an extension as a kind of additional SAIK Key or SAIK Lock.

The SAIK CARinBOX depository is used not only for safe depositing of car keys and registration documents, but also manages access to them and registers the necessary data. When handing over the keys and documents, the driver may enter specific data, i.e.:

vehicle mileage
parking space no
distance and type of route
amount of fuel refueled
faults and failures
cleanliness of the vehicle
hours and days of vehicle use

Additionally, a breathalyzer can be installed in the device.

After entering their data, the driver will be asked to perform the test. If he is under the influence of alcohol or fails the test, the car keys will not be unlocked and the information will be sent to the manager.

When a successful reservation is made, it is reported to the system. The administrator receives an e-mail with information, and the car user receives an SMS with booking confirmation. It is possible to send the authorization code needed to issue the keys and the document to the phone.
