Automatic Keys Identification System
Innovative and advanced cabinets for keys, weapon and many kinds of other important items. Devices with users authorization, due this you can safely store them and quickly hand over them, while system administrator have full control and insight into the all information about who, what and when collect or return. Only persons granted appropriate rights have access to them. The administrator is equipped with system monitoring the device’s operation and registering all events. Such a solution definitely increases the security level even in places which are not covered by the supervision.
BURGLARY RESISTANCE CLASS FOR CASE / P2-P4 CLASS SAFETY GLASS
Each device or storage type can be made in accordance with the requirements of the RC2 class, ensuring increased resistance to burglary. Class tested by the Institute of Precision Mechanics in Warsaw
SERVICE KEY
Access to keys and items in the event of a power failure, or emergency situations.
KEY FOB LOCKING SLOT
The devices allow access to the stored keys and items only to persons to whom the system administrator has granted appropriate permissions. Other keys and storages are locked and an attempt to collect them will trigger an alarm and be stored in the system. A solid steel fob with an individual serial number that allows assign access to one employee or a group of employees. Available in three sizes for one key or bunch of keys.
COMFORTABLE TOUCH DISPLAY
Users appreciate working with SAIK cabinets due to the shortening of the key collection time and always up-to-date information on where a given key is located and who collected it. The comfort of work is ensured by a large and resistant 7 or 10 inch touch screen.
CAMERA AND BREATHALYSER
A camera showing the employee and events, can be integrated with the monitoring system. Breathalyser can test the drivers before key collection.
EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY
The built-in battery allows for trouble-free operation in emergency situations for up to 24 hour.
PROXIMITY CARD READER OR BIOMETRIC
Any kind of proximity or biometric card reader can be used. If the organization already has a card system, a reader supporting them will be installed in the cabinets.
INTEGRATION WITH SECURITY SYSTEMS
The devices can be integrated with other security systems present in the building, including alarm, access control or monitoring.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF KEEPING KEYS IN LOCK INSERTS
A safer method of key storage, which gives additional visual protection to the key profile. The inserts in the cabinet must match to the inserts in the doors in the building. To reduce the number of keys in the cabinet, you can develop the MASTER-KEY system to open several rooms with one key. It is possible to combine the storage options for keys on the key chain and in inserts in one device.

SAIK is the name of a system for safe storage of keys and other items. Access to it is only available to people who have been granted permissions by the system administrator. All cabinets are equipped with systems that monitor the device’s operation and record all events – each collection and return is controlled and saved in the database. This solution significantly increases the level of security even in unattended rooms. The system is equipped with many additional functions that increase the safety of alarm systems and sensors.
SPECIAL SAFE KEY FOB
Solid steel fob with an individual serial number that allows assign access to one person or a group of persons. Available in three sizes for one key or bunch of keys.
REPORT AND ALARM SYSTEM
Storing information in the database about each key collection and return, time, date, as well as information about people and other system events (correct and incorrect). The system administrator has full access to the data at any time.
EXTENSION, MODIFICATION AND ADAPTATION OF THE DEVICE TO THE NEEDS OF THE INSTITUTION OR BUILDING
SAIK cabinets allow you to combine cabinets, methods of storing keys and items, and to adjust the functionality of the device so that it fully meets the needs and ensures safe, fully controlled and monitored circulation of keys and items in buildings and entire facilities. The cabinet case or storages box doors can be painted in many colors from the RAL palette, it is possible to implement color lightning logos on the glass door or case.

Additional visual protection of the key profile.
A storage compartment for important and non-standard keys, e.g. for safes or secret offices, behind a separate door for each key (set of keys). Most often it is chosen as an additional element to the SAIK KEY cabinet safe for storing selected keys. Each set of keys is deposited in a separate box. Keys are not visible to unauthorized persons. It is even possible to store different keys, e.g. with unusual shapes.

Official vehicles
Very similar to KEYinBOX. Designed for storing vehicle keys and documents. The device with a functional operating system is suitable for fleet management – regardless of its size. For each vehicle, a separate key box and vehicle registration document or fuel card. Presence of key and fuel card (individually identifiable).
CAR FLEET MANAGEMENT
Surveys when returning the vehicle key: possibility of entering e.g. E.g. mileage, fuel level, damages/faults and other important data directly on the cabinet screen. All informations are passed on to the fleet administrator.

Depositing any important item
Cabinets and storages for any type of items. Their size, number and type are adapted to different requirements. The customer decides what and how he wants to store it and who should have access to it. The size of the box can be adapted to many types of specific items and equipped with additional sensors such as optical sensors, internal camera, scales or RFID reader. Perfectly suitable for personal items or user equipment, special devices and tools, cassettes, documents, data carriers, medicines, laboratory samples and many other types of items that need to be stored under supervision.

Depositing any electronic devices
Cabinets and storage boxes for any type of smartphone. Their size, number and type are adapted to different needs. The customer decides what he wants to store, how and who should have access to it. The dimensions of the boxes can be adapted to the type of phone, tablet or laptop and equipped with an internal USB/induction charger. The storages can also be equipped with a mechanism that blocks sound recording or an RFID reader. The sizes of the boxes can be combined to create a device for storing any type of electronic devices.
SAIK POSTAL
Personal correspondence, letters or documents in postbox
A modern postbox, intelligent reception and notification of new correspondence. Content detection by a sensor built into the box compartment (not/occupancy notification). Providing information about a new shipment to specific people in real time. Any type of detected object – letters, packages, folders, individual sheets. Possibility of connecting a barcode/QR code reader. Possibility of mounting the device outside the building.

Safe storage of weapons and ammunition
Special safes for storing all types of short and long guns and ammunition. Each weapon is deposited in a separate compartment with space for magazines. Storage compartments adapted to the type and model of the stored weapon. Sensors for detecting the cabinet status (free/occupied). Probability Manufactured in burglary resistance class RC2 or S1.

SAIK TUBE
DEDICATED DEPOSIT STORAGE FOR THE BUILDING MAIN KEY
This is a perfect solution for institutions that do not have a 24-hour reception and whose employees close the entrance doors to the building in the evening and open them in the morning. A depositor in the form of an autonomous container that is mounted near the main entrance, outside the facade or on a special frame. Keys stored in SAIK TUBE are completely safe. The TUBE has been tested for burglary resistance class RC3 in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN 1627:2012 standard.
SAIK TUBE has two doors, each of which is equipped with an opening sensor. The first door is opened using a proximity card, the second using an individual PIN code. Each opening of the storage, as well as the collection and return of the key, is monitored and recorded in the system. The device meets the IP56 resistance standard.
REMOTE OPENING This is important in emergency situations when unauthorized persons, such as the police or fire brigade, need access to the key. The device is perfect for buildings and technical infrastructure facilities.
