FUNCTIONALITY AND APPLICATION
Securing the main entrance to the building
The key is quickly accessible right next to the entrance or gate, stored in a protected space under full control, accessible only to authorized persons.
Protection and security of dispersed objects
The key is quickly accessible at the facility, stored in a secure, fully monitored area, and accessible only to authorized personnel. There’s no need to return it to the main reception desk or exchange it between employees.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF THE DEVICE


STEP I
The user performs first-level authorization using an RFID card or tag, and after the correct procedure, the first front door of the locker opens.

STEP II
The user’s PIN is entered on the internal keypad, representing Level II authorization. Once entered and confirmed, the Level II security door lock is released.

STEP III
After successfully completing these two steps, the glove compartment opens and the key fob lock is released. The key fob can be removed freely and then closed to end the operation. A report of the entire procedure is generated in the database.

EVENT MONITORING, REPORTS AND ALARMS
Every valid and invalid operation is recorded in the database along with the date, exact time, and authorization details. All information is available for review in a generated report. Additionally, notifications are sent to the system administrator. The RC3-class device is difficult to force and is equipped with multiple sensors, so any attempt to force the lock triggers the alarm system and sends alerts to the system administrator.

* Steel fob with Key – The sturdy steel construction provides additional security for the stored key, which is difficult to separate from the pendant.
Three different padlock sizes allow you to store more than one key on the keychain; this can include a complete set of building keys (entrance and several for additional rooms).

Optionally, it is possible to make a device with 2 key fobs, then one device can serve 2 separate buildings standing next to each other.

Device assembly and personalization
As a standard, the device is mounted in the building wall, flush-mounted, and the cabling is provided from the inside. If this solution proves problematic or if we do not want to damage the building’s facade, an alternative solution is used: a dedicated steel frame reinforced with a small foundation in the case of installation on soft ground.


The device and frame are painted in a standard RAL color to match the building’s facade, company brand, or customer’s taste. Additionally, logos and other text and graphic signatures can be applied to the device according to the customer’s needs.
Distributed objects control
The device is ideal for storing entrance keys to buildings in the field, when staff aren’t permanently present and only a designated employee enters occasionally. The key is always located close to the entrance, so if a designated employee is out in the field and needs to access the building at a given moment, they don’t have to go to the company’s headquarters to collect the key. This streamlines and speeds entry and is also helpful in emergency situations, such as for fire departments or technical services.


Integration with security and access control systems
The SAIK system works well with other popular security systems currently operating in the target building.
